Lower back pain, bloody urine…?

For the past week I have had a very bad lower back pain now I’m having abdominal pain and my gums are becoming very sensitive. Once or twice when I have urinated it has shot out light red blood and sometimes when I urinate you can’t even see it, it’s completely clear. I don’t have health insurance but I was just curious if everyone has ever had these symptoms before? Thanks in advance!!!
I also forgot to add that I’m extremely nauseated, but only at night and when I push on my back where it hurts it feels like its pushing the pain into my stomach. I’ve also noticed when I take my first bite of food it feels as if the food is going slowly down my back and it hurts horribly.
