29 week pregnant and real bad back ache and a gel like discharge does this mean im loosing my plug??

hi, i am loosing a gel like discharge that is white in color this has been happening for past 2 days, there is no smell and im not sore in any way, i also have really bad back ache and period like pains in my lower stomach, does this mean i am loosing my plug and what should i do? should i leave it till i am having really bad stomach pains?

You know what Im 34 weeks pregnant and have had the same symptoms.The discharge looks like when you blow you nose the cramps feel like your period is coming all over again and your back ache feels kinda hollow. Been there i asked my doc she told me that as long as my “period like cramps” arent coming 4 to 5 every hour i am ok .The disscharge is normal as long as it isnt a “bloody show” meaning a combo of blood and discharge and my back ache is because the baby is getting biggerand your body is adjusting the best way. My best advice though will be if you really arent comfy and scared then go get checked dont risk the life of your baby.best of luck.
