right lower stomach pains

For the past few days I have had a slight headache with lower right stomach pain that comes and goes.?
The stomach pain is mild. Sometimes it isn’t there at all. I also have been sleeping a lot and have been very fatigued. Sometimes I have an empty feeling in my stomach. Can someone explain what may be the cause of these symptoms. Thank you and god bless
