left lower stomach pain

30 weeks pregnant lower stomach pain on the left side(right at belly button level?
I have this pain in my lower left side stomach( right a belly button level) that seems to come whenever i eat its a dull ache/stabbing kind of feeling it pretty mild but im still woried. I have heartburn,constipation and excess stomach acid could any of these be the reason why im feeling this pain?? or is this something else??
Sounds like Ligament pain. It would happen after you eat, because your stomach is expanding, and there obviously is already very little extra room!! Definately call your doctor, so that they can rule out anything else, but I wouldn’t be too worried!
