chronic stomach pain symptoms

Appendicitis like symptoms or the real thing?

Let’s see. This has been going on for a year at least.

Every now and again, maybe 2-3 times this past month alone. I get that tight stomach feeling. It increases WHILE I am urinating, so as I get closer and closer to the relief, the tight lower stomach pain gets very intense.

Also, if I am sitting on a couch and get up quickly and I stretch out my stomach, the pain gets even tighter. It hurts to get up and down. So I end up during tuck and roll and slide off the couch sideways…

Now the thing is, all those sites tell you symptoms but are they suppose to be chronic?

My symptoms happen every 2-3 weeks, sometimes not as painful as the previous one. It may take a day for a bad case of it to go away.

Your symptoms aren’t typical of appendicitis as the pain there is on the right side of the stomach. While it can be chronic, usually the pain becomes worse with fever, nausea & vomiting. If you are having problems with urinating, the pain may be from bladder or kidney problems. With chronic pain you should really have your MD check you. Good luck.
