Hi, I’m 18, I have hot flashes, upper abdominal pain, fatigue, extremely moody, Someone please help me??!!!

I dont know whats going on with me, I don’t know if I am pregnant because I haven’t missed me period, and I know I’m not going through menopause, so I’m not sure what it is. My symptoms are kind of like PMS but all the time. I have looked it up on the internet, and all that comes up is, menopause, gas problems, anxiety, etc… Also I think I’m gaining weight, but only on my stomach, not the usual places like my thighs, butt, love handles, etc… Thes symptoms have been going on for about 3 or 4 months maybe more, (only hot flashes, fatigue, moodiness). Just recently (a couple weeks to a month ago) i have been having abdominal pain, and my stomach has been sticking out more. I need some major help, because I don’t know if i need to go to the doctor, or just get so over-the-counter medication. My fiance thinks I might be pregnant, but I really don’t know. I told him I am having my period every month, and you can’t be pregnant if you have your period.

Get yourself to a doctor. Either you’re pregnant, or you’re ill. The bottom line is that nobody on the Internet can tell you. You NEED to see your doctor. Get off the computer and make an appointment.
