itchy red bumps on hands and feet + swelling and upper right abdominal pain?

Does anyone have any clue as to what this might be? I’ve been so uncomfortable due to all this itching over the past few days and I can’t see my doc until the 14th! I have itchy red bumps (very tiny) on my hands and feet and I also have a slight pain in my upper right abdomen area (it feels like a rib sprain sort of) and there’s a bruise in the same area as well. Please help. Any advice would be great. Is there anything I can use to stop this itch? Thank you.
p.s. yes I am pregnant otherwise I wouldn’t be asking this question in this area lol

I would get that checked ASAP, probably at the hospital right away. It sounds like Cholestasis of Pregnancy… itchy palms and soles of feet can be an indication of liver problems, bile salts and bilirubin need to be checked by blood work. It also can be a pre-cursor to toxemia, and can result in problems with your baby or even stillbirth! Trust me, I know all about this from personal experience. The initial itching and rash can be PUPPP (Pruritic Urticarial Papules and Plaques of Pregnancy) which isn’t dangerous to the baby, but will drive Mommy NUTS!!! But typically, PUPPP will affect other parts of the body (ie arms, chest, legs) EXCEPT the hands and feet or the face. If and when itching is on the palms or soles, it’s considered VERY threatening. Please get it looked at right away!
