severe stomach pains symptoms
Help! Severe stomach pains, urge to vomit and/or poop. What do I do?
My boyfriend wakes up every morning with severe stomach pains and is very queasy and doesn’t feel good at all. If he even moves or gets up too fast he feels like he’s going to puke. He can’t eat anything without puking it up. If he doesn’t puke he extreme poops like 5 times. He doesn’t feel better until like 5pm. He says the amount of pain is directly related to how much/if he eats the night before. We have been using cannabis to treat the pain and queasiness, because it is the only thing that works.
IBS pills stopped relieving the pain after like 1 week.
I don’t know what to do or how to help my love! I cannot find any similar cases on the internet,
and all things that have one or two of the same symptoms say to use cannabis.
But I just want my boyfriend to wake up feeling normal again and pain free!
Can someone tell me what is wrong or how to help him?

could campylobactor or Chrohns disease or helicobactor pylori (as listed above), any number of things can cause these symptoms. He may have other symptoms which are not mentioned here so I would advise going to the doctors.
Equally, if his gut flora is out of wack he may need a course of probiotics and to avoid yeasty sugary foods/fizzy drinks and alcohol for a week or two and increase his intake of oats, grains and pulses to clear out the gut and get it back on track. Live yoghurt is good also to soothe the gut.
Also, how is your fridge, does it need a good clean out, remember to use sodium bicarb to clean it and throw out all old foods, sauces etc. Sometimes things lurk in the fridge and get on your hands so that you reinfect during the food preparation process.
And MSG can cause these symptoms in some people. It is found in many processed foods, monosodium glutamate E621 in the UK, not sure what it is numbered in the US but its nasty and makes poor quality food taste great and is addictive. Avoid it always.
