Pain in the left hand side of my body, just below my stomach?

What could this be?
When the pain comes, usually when I walk around but I have the pain just sitting right now, I have to either crouch over or breathe deeply for the pain to wear off.
This hasn’t happened for a few hours but earlier in the day I was shopping with my mum and I started to get the pain (for the first time) and then I went really hot/sweaty even though it was quite cold and felt like I was going to faint.
What is this? I can’t go to the doctors as it is closed at the moment. What can I do to relieve the pain in the mean time? I’ve already taken a paracetamol.
Thanks :)
Also forgot to say, I know ovulation can make you get pains but it doesn’t make you get hot flushes and nearly pass out does it?
I have just finished my period so ovulation isn’t supposed to happen for another week or so either.

If your doctor don’t check on the function of your kidney, ask him to do so… Because my uncle had a stomach problem and the doctor forgot to check his liver. A week later we found out it was his kidney that causing problem. If the pain doesn’t change when you walk around, then you should take some pain killers such as paracetamol. Relax and stay at home if you can. Do not walk around until you see a doctor. Yes, menstrual cycle can create problems, but I don’t think this is one of them.

And I’ll be there. A Semi Story Ep4
