What could cause loose stools and sharp stomach pain for 2 years?

It all started 2 years ago me and my friend ended up gettin extremly sick “diarreha, dry mouth, kidey pains, night sweats, random lymph node pain, and sharp pains in stomach area” that lasted about a month and a half. Now for the past 2 years I will feel fine for a few months then outta nowhere it hits me like a ton of bricks but less severe. Mainly sharp stomach pains, kidney pains, and I havent had a solid stool in 2 years. I also get a werid warm sensation kinda like I have a fever but I dont. Any ideas or even any kind of doctor or tests to start at. I finaly got health insurance and would like some hints on where to start.
It may be sumthing with my digestive but really I have no clue
..And I know it has to somewhat contagious because me and my friend got it in the same week.. but I havnt got anyone sick.. maybe we ate sumthing??

Irritable bowel syndrome? pheochromocytoma? biliary disease? could be anything along the GIT. Consult your doctor for sure.
