stomach pains in belly button area?

I’ve been having cramps for a couple of weeks now and started my period for 1 day, my period stopped the same day and now i have these pulling sharp pains in my belly button. It almost feels like my belly button is being pulled down. I have a Dr. app in two days but i was wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this before and if so what caused it.

I have experienced something similar to this with the pulling sensation especially. I had an issue with scar tissue build up. You could be dealing with scar tissue build up (an example only).

When the scar tissue is there and creates problems not only might it cause pain but sometimes when one tries to move it feels like something is ripping.
