lower stomach pain when i cough please help.?

I am supposed to be getting my period tomorrow or so I think it might be that be this never really happend.
I feel as if my uterus has like air or something in there. Everytime i cough i have to be careful cuz my lower stomach area either the side or the around the uterus hurts. I did have unprotective sex but the $1 preg [LOL yea i was curious] showed i was negative once. & my back hurts. But mainly the right side of my lower stomach kind of has this pain feeling. What could this be?
fyi that’s my friend in the pic i am the one in the black. so dont assume.

i just had this and it turned out to be ovarian cysts on both my ovaries and one of them had ruptured.. but i was in a loooot of pain. could be appendisitis also but that is more extreme.
