stomach pain bloating

my stomach has pain on left side by navel and right side under my belly button. it hurts to put pressure on it or to press into it. my stomach looks bloated as if pregnant.
what is it?
there is pain, nausoa, and cramping.
you could have a stomach virus, you could be getting your period, you could have irritable bowel syndrome(which 50% of the country has), you could have eaten something bad.
nothing serious. if its getting to be annoying take some paracetamol or buscopan (specifically for the stomach cramps)
