blood in stools and sharp pain across top of stomach?

I’ve been getting sharp shooting pains across the the top of my stomach especially were my ribs part for 2 days now and when i had bowel movement there was bright red blood on the tissue paper an my stools were a blackish color. I have also got a cold at the moment so im not sure if my Temperature is due 2 that or not? I have suffered with the sharp pains on and off 4 ova 2yr’s and was supposed 2 go 4 the camera down my throat twice this year but chickend out as i stupidly listened 2 people’s horror storys about wot they went through when they had it done. what could b the cause of the pain and bleeding?
