I am a 6 year post op gastric bypass patient with severe abdomen pain.?

The pain ends up in the center of my chest and straight through to my back. It feels like pressure caused by someone standing on my chest and grinding. Recent CT revealed old stomach is filling with fluid and Bypass doc doesn’t seemed concerned about this. I have recently had lots of nausea and some bleeding while vomiting. I had an upper GI which revealed my new pouch is unusally small. The pain usually wakes me up in the middle of the night which is very severe at this point. I feel the pain throughout the day which is an uncomfortable feeling..making me aware that a severe episode can occur at any minute. i have an appointment to see a gastrointerologist but wondered if anyone had any ideas or experienced such symptoms. I have no problems with my bowels and they are regular. I tend to get nauseated after eating anything.
