what sickness is this?

yesterday at 2am i woke up with severe upper stomach pain, about an hour later i vomitted, i threw up every 20-30 mins until 4am. Today I have been nauseous, stomach achey, week, and have been vommitting off and on…..

It could be the flu or a virus, or food poisoning. It could also be acid reflux, which believe it or not doesn’t always feel like your regular heartburn. For me it feels like I got punched in the gut and won’t go away until it gets so bad I throw up…
It could also be a gallbladder issue. I had gallstones and would get pain just like you’re describing and I would vomit a lot. A gallbladder problem won’t necessarily be on the right side either, for me it was right in the middle. I would have never guessed it was gallstones until my doctor suggested it and they did an ultrasound.
I also have an acid reflux issue that feels just like the gallbladder, and it also makes me vomit. Luckily for me I’m pregnant so I basically just have to deal with it…
The only one that might have a home remedy would be an acid thing, so you could try taking tums or some other antacid. If it doesn’t clear up by Monday, might as well go to a doctor.
