Why would everything I eat taste sour?

Are there any conditions that would make everything sour? Anything common or really serious?
Even water and spoons taste sour. I dont have any particular illnesses but I may have acid reflux (there’s serious stomach pain, acidic fluid coming up to the throat and half-burping whenever I dont eat for a period of time.) Would acid reflux cause this (when i dont have acid in my mouth)?

Sounds plausible, I have GERD along with some more stomach problems and when untreated stuff does taste different. Make sure you see a doctor about your acid reflux because if it is left untreated it can cause diseases like Barrett’s esophagus and esophagus cancer
