stomach pain eating
Lately, I have a stomach pain (lower to mid left stomach) after eating. It feels muscular (almost like I’ve eaten too much) and only is noticable when breathing deaply. It is most noticable after a big meal. It’s not a burning or sharp pain or anything. Anyone else have something like this?
could be a part of ur stomach swelling up due to a mild lactose intolerance. try cutting out all dairy for a few days and see if it goes away.
it developes in adults as they producs less and less of the enzyme that breaks down lactose, so u could be in the process of developing the intolerance.
