Advice from someone who has/tried purging, or knows about the subject?

I’m not looking for a lecture on how purging is awful; I tried it for the first time today, not because of a bad body image, but simply to get out of class. My body wouldn’t throw up despite my attempts, but I did get all the signs of being sick (red face, watering eyes, ect). This occurred about five hours ago, and I still have this horrible pain in my stomach from it. It’s sharp and jabbing. Can someone tell me what this is, or relate to it? Thanks.

It’s probably your stomach still trying to chuck everything up, if you’re not used to throwing up then you’re stomach wont know how to cope with it, you could of just said you felt sick to get out of class ? not actually try to throw up
