Toddler w/ high fever and stomach pain?

I went to work yesterday until 11, came home to my sister in law telling me that she was feeding him and two other kids and then my son started throwing up afterward. This morning I woke to find him at a high of 102.6! He didn’t want his diaper on (I was clueless) so I took it off and gave him a bath. While giving him a bath, he started holding his belly and said ou–we. So now I’m stuck here, trying to figure out the problem before I have to go back to work. HELP!

report off work and take him to Doctor or ER ASAP, this could be anything. Or if you would lose your job if you fail to return to work, ask your husand or mother in law to take him to ER. The pain alone is bad enough, but the fever means something is wrong. Don’t take a chance.
