Stomach bloating cramping wondering whats going on?

Hi a few days ago i recently caught to what i assumed to be a sinus infection..I began taking some antibiotics and allergy medication and noticed later that day that my stomach felt bloated… a few days later it is now very bloated almost feels likes its streched out, dull crampy like pains (not really hurtful as much as irritating) and at night stranged gurgling sounds. I have taken this antibiotic before and presented no problems with it and i am just wondering some of your opinions with my symptoms… THANKS

When was the last time you did a poo?

It could be the beginnning of a bowel blockage if your stomach is cramping and making noises.
