Rotten egg burp again, and same lower abdominal pain!!!?

ok I had this before on June 1st and went to the first care, they just gave me vicodin, and anti-biotics for PID… but I don’t think its that, as I just had an ultrasound of my overies done just 3 weeks ago, and they came back normal, there was no indication of PID or cyst… I don’t know what to do, as its getting worster by the minute! It all just started with the burps which annoy me but now its including lower right abdominal pain (note: I’ve already got my appendix out) please its hurting!!! I don’t know what to do!!! I have no insurance and no job to pay for health care….
I know I’m not pregnant, and its like cramps type of pain not like a tummy pain…

Go to the emergancy room!!!!!!!!! Most hospitals have a program for those with out insurance. They will allow you to work out a payment pan.
I am not a Doctor, but it does sound serious! Take care of yourself above all else. With out your health, you will have nothing!
