Stomach Problem?

Every time i eat i get a wierd fullness or disomfort in my upper middle abdomen. Naseua also accurs with it. It was like a come and go thing for a month and now it got worse all of a sudden. I can hardly eat and because i feel like im going to vomit. I belch ALOT and i was on PPI or omeperazol for 15 days. It just wont go away…i had blood test and ultrasound and both came up normal. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? maybe indigestion or gastritis? o and i also get sharp like pains on my rib cae and in my back. my muscles have also been twitching lately? that might be cuz of anxity and just worrying??????

I’ve got the same thing. Just went to a gastro this morning. He has scheduled an endoscopy for next wed. They are thinking perforated ulcer or pancreatitis. I’ve just researched pancreatitis and it affects mainly alcoholics and I don’t even drink. This is extremely frustrating. My regular doctor gave me Nexium yesterday, it helps some. At least I’m able to eat a little bit.
