stomach pain sleeping

After lying down for a while, I experience alot of stomach pain any Idea how to stop it?
I had stomach pain after a few minute of lying down, so it disturb my sleep every few hour or so. Any idea what it is?
(I’ve been working on my abdominal these few day, and i think the pain comes after my workout(don’t know if is related) and the only pills I take is calcium pills, don’t know if that matters. Hope you can solve my problem thnx
