burning stomach pain diagnosis

Someone diagnose me?
I’m 16 and since August 2006 i’ve been having some problems. My stomach aches/burns when I eat and go to bed, and I have sharp, persistant pains in the left side of my ribcage in a concentrated spot. This pain can last up to 12-15 minutes and the stomach pain sometimes last up to 30 minutes. Accompanying these symptoms is also persistant nausea.
I also have strange, stretching pains in my left clavicle area but I don’t know if it’s related to my stomach/rib issues. I have a history of acid reflux so I think maybe it’s an ulcer or gallstones..? Any advice or diagnosis is much appreciated.
