Stomach and bowel problems, very serious pain?

I am 22 . I first started having this pain over 6 years ago. I have had my appendix and gallbladder removed, and I still have stomach and bowel problems. Every time I eat, no matter what it is, I immediately go to the bathroom. I have nothing but diarrhea and severe stomach pain, like I was going through labor all over again. I get real nauseated and sometimes throw up. Sometimes it is during and sometimes it follows right after using the bathroom. I get dizzy and flushed and then feel like I will pass out. I have had weight problems due to having kids, so I am not noticing a big change in weight. Although I have lost 2 pounds here recently, that was kind of sudden. I was diagnosed with IBS about 4 years ago, and everything keeps getting worse. I can not find ANY relief, no matter what I take or do. I have to watch what I eat because that flares my symptoms up. I am due for a UGI in about 2 weeks. Stomach cancer runs in my family. Any suggestions? Anyone else have something similar?

You know I don’t know how to spell it but this sounds a lot like Crones /sp? disease. I had a gf that got it the symptoms were very similair.
