ALOT of back pain, pressure, pink discharge 35 weeks pregnant?

im sure all of this is COMPLETELY normal but i wanted a second opinion. for the last two days my discharge has been watery, but it hasnt been a constant trickle or anything so i know its not my water. i had my baby shower today and ever since then ive been having SO MUCH pressure (more than usual) and my back has been hurting so bad to the point i cant even stand up. it got so bad it woke me up in the middle of the night and since then ive gone to the bathroom twice, and two chunks of pink stuff has come out, which im sure is my mucus plug, and when i wiped it was alot of pink discharge, no white just all pink! im completely miserable so i was wondering if labor is coming soon! and what do contractions feel like im a first time mommy ive heard theyare like the worst period pains ever but i never got cramps but my stomach and back has been tightening up

contact your midwife you could be losing your plug so you could go into labour early get medical advice
