what medication do you need to treat stomach ulcer?
upper abdomen pain
been going on for a few days i took tibetan herbal medicence
then tried kirlland acid recucer but my stomach pain has been on and off. it been about 3-4 days now still no change?
so does prilosec otc treat stomach ulcer and kill the bacteria causing the infection? Do you need a prescription?
I was prescribed Zantac and then Prilosec for ulcers. You can take the over the counter type too. I do know that sometimes antibiotics are prescribed in addition. But just using the Prilosec or Zantac worked for me.
