How do you get rid of cold sores [or cracker sores] ?
Ok I know they are caused by many things : herpes simplex virus (HSV),due to the cold/flu, stress, or cuts in mouth that have gotten infected. I have had cold sores since I was 7 and let me tell you I’ve had none but the cold/flu or stress and sometimes cuts but when I do get these causes no cold sore is in sight.
I know that mouth wash is REALLY bad for them-they’re in your mouth
Creams aren’t very effective
my stomach usually hurts when they start appearing in pairs in my mouth.
I don’t want to touch food or drink except for water because it hurts so much
I brush my teeth and such so I don’t know what to do.
I KNOW that THERE IS NO CURE for them
I just want something that will lessen the pain.
and yes I do take pills and gurgle warm salty water 2x a day
Use neosprin lp…its great ..Use this at the sign of a cold sore it will never fully show. Its the best!
