Home Remedies for Stomach Ulcer?
My mom has a stomach ulcer and I have been feeding her lots of milk. Aside from her meds (one of that being Maalox) I want to give her a natural treatment for her ulcer. She’s been suffering from it for weeks and she has lost her appetite.
Just now, I gave her a cup of cabbage juice and a teaspoonful of honey. The honey works for her but she is diabetic. Aside from milk, banana (which she can only take on a limited amount due to her diabetes) and honey I don’t know what else to give her.
Can you also give me an idea for what to serve her when she eats (one that would give her energy and calm her stomach pains)? THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!
I think you have done well so far.You can still check the internet for more details and as well take her to see her doctor if she has so much pain.My mummy has ulcer too and i do give her all these you stated, but she avoids cola and fried food, it helped a great deal. Milk and lots of water works too. All the best.
