Has anyone ever taken Elavil for stomach problems and did it help?
I have taken it for several days and feel liked it was helping me somewhat, now I cannot fall asleep tonight? I did miss one night of taking, which was last night, but I was on pain meds last night for migraine. So, I started taking Elavil again tonight. I would also like to know how many milligrams are taken by people.
I take elavil as a preventative for migraines and for stomach problems, and it really helps me. Since it is an anti-depressant and you missed it that may be why you couldn’t fall asleep, because anti-depressants make you more drowsy. I take 50 mg everynight before I go to bed.
