Terrible stomach/lower abdominal pain?

me and my guy have been having.. intercourse… for around 4 months now. Well the past two times have not went too well. The day before yesterday he slipped out and it hurt him really bad, he’s still hurting so bad he barely can move… and he’s not the type to say anything about pain unless it’s really bad. Then yesterday we had to stop because of it and once we did I started hurting TERRIBLE. My sides, my stomach, pelvic area. It feels like stomach cramps and right before i’m done peeing I feel like my body is getting ripped to shreds. This morning I could not stand straight from my stomach hurting so bad. I feel almost as if I have the worst pms known to man kind. Please give me some advice at what could cause this? I can’t afford to go to the doctor and i’m getting worried.
