severe shoulder pain runnning down arm, 6 weeks pregnant and worrying?

im 6 weeks pregnant and i have a severe pain in shoulder that is running down my arm, i dont have any stomach pain or bleeding.
should i be worried or am i sleeping wrong i havent worked for a week so im sleeping in my bed much more.
how do u know if this is an ectopic pregnancy
i so dont want it to be, im praying for a healthy baby

I’m sure that doesn’t have anything to do w/ pg. I get that but I have herniated discs in my neck. You probably pinched a nerve form laying wrong. I would check w/ dr, tho to make sure it’s not a sign of anything else, but I am sure that has nothing to do with baby.
