I have white grape size balls in my stool. Is that ok?

I have epilepsy so I take 1500mg of Depakote ER daily. I have had some very serious stomach pains in my stomach so I went to the doctor. They were worried on several levels so they sent me to received all kinds of test to rule out anything serious. I was then sent to a gastroenterologist and they ordered a colonoscopy. The test came back fine and they ruled it as IBS. I have changed my diet to adjust and the stomach pains are gone. Since the begging of all my issues i have noticed white grape sized oval shaped balls in my stool. I told the doctor and they said it probably isn’t anything to worry about. I kept an eye on what i have been eating and cant figure out why I keep getting these oval shaped balls. I am not having pain, but want to know if i should be worried?
