stomach pain heart pain

Other than the heart what can cause you to have chest cavity pain and stomach ache .?
upper body pain from soreness or feels like a ucler sharp pain on right side of stomach and pain all over stomach, like gas , but none. The pain comes and goes,especially before I eat, and after I eat something the pain goes away, for awhile than comes back . Whats the problem?
Usually if you have gastritis or an ulcer you could have these symptom. They may also accompany gallbladder problems. Lay off of the fast and fatty foods and see if that makes a difference. You need to see a doctor real soon. Godloveya.
