help please, don’t want to go to the doctor if I don’t have too…?

pain before and after bowel movement, vaginal discharge, stomach pain, headaches, tingling and numb hands and feet, fatigue, history of borderline b12 deficiency, irritability, and back pain.

I don’t want to go to the doctor if I don’t have to. I don’t like to go to doctors at all.

Thanks in advice for your help.

u need a doctor asap.. get help!
