how can you tell the differnce between a stomach bug, ibs or period pain?
I am due to start my period last week but it didnt come. I have been diagnosed with IBS in the past. For the last two days i have experienced terrible stomach ache and diarrhea. I am constantly tired and when i get stomach ache i feel as if i am going to faint. However, i dont know whether it is my IBS, a stomach bug, or period pain. Is there any difference between the three? Thanks! x x
I’m not sure. But I think that period pains are lower than stomach aches…at least for me it feels like that lol
