Am i having a food allergy reaction?

Well two days ago i ate candy with peanuts in it and a day later after that i woke up with stomach pain and i was getting rash,stuffed nose and i was also sneezing and didn’t have much appetite.Now 2 days have passed and my stomach is fine and everything but I am getting rash and im wondering if this has to do with any allergic reaction? What can I do to help it go away?

I have many food allergies that are mostly serious. Most people think food allergies happen immediately but that is not true – some of my allergic reactions will start 2 days after I came into contact with the offending food. This can make it quite difficult to determine what you’re allergic to. When I eat dairy/cheese I start with throat irritation about 12-24 hours after I eat it. Next is a horrible cough that lasts about a week.

Food allergies are nothing to mess with because they can be fatal. Check in with your doc to be safe
