What is wrong with my stomach?

i have been getting REALLY REALLY REALLY bad stomach pains. they get to the point where all i can do is just lay down until they go away, which has lasted up to 3 hours. it hurts towards the top near my rib cage and down the left side and towards the bottom, it also hurts like inside my stomach like beside my belly button. its getting rediculous how much it hurts. Can you PLEASE help

watch what u eat and tell ur mom or doctor. Hopefully It will go away before u look at this answer. Concentrate on something else to take your mind off mild cramps. Think about something pleasant, get in a comfortable chair like a recliner and focus on your breathing, using a fast, shallow, 1-2 rhythm.
Walk around the house a bit if sitting or lying down is not comfortable. Be careful not to be caught too far from the toilet in case the cramps are signaling the onset of diarrhea.
Do some light curls to loosen up your abdominal muscles if the cramps are in your abdominal muscles rather than your digestive tract.
Exercise. Easy exercise can aid in cramp relief.
If you are familiar with yoga, consider some poses that open up the abdominal region. Depending where the cramps are – consider fish pose or reclining hero. Downward facing dog can also be helpful.

Place a heating pad on your back to give temporary relief. (Don’t apply heating pad to your abdomen, as this can cause nausea.)
Lie down for a few minutes and relax.
Close your eyes.
Place a cool moist washcloth over your forehead.
Breath slowly and evenly, trying to keep your mind off of the pain.
