bad gas,stool aligned with maroonandbright redblood,bowel spasms,bowel pain,no appetite,sticky residue onpaper?

the bad gas is often,the stool lined with blood happens sometimes,the bowel pain and spasms usually happen before i know im having a bowel movement,have had loss of appetite,have lost 30 pounds in the past year and a half,and after i have a bowel movement and go to wipe,i have sticky residue with a little blood with the stool,,,all this scares me,i went to my doctor,explained symptoms,received(stomach pill)nexium and sent me on my way,which never helped,it all seems like it started when i was put on “tramadol and celebrex”(inflammation and pain medication)i know this seems like a nasty question,but its life i guess,so if anyone has any answers,i would greatly appreciate it,,

You should definitely go and get a second opinion on this; at the very least you need to have stool cultures taken and probably a colonoscopy too. I doubt you have Giardia as this does not usually cause bleeding (pretty much the only gastrointestinal infections that caus bleeding are salmonella, shigella or e.coli), but the huge weight loss you’ve suffered is a strong indicator of colon (bowel) cancer or inflammatory bowel disease, both of which require immediate diagnosis and treatment. I can’t suggest strongly enough that you either see another doctor or insist to your own doctor that more investigations be carried out.
