Lower back pain, stomach pain and pain down it the hips at 39 weeks pregnant?

Im 39 weeks and 3 days, i woke up to lower back pain and to what felt like my stomach tighten and it hurt so much i thought i was going to be sick. I took a tylenol (my dr said it was ok to take) and the pain went away but now i’m getting pain in my cervix. ( was 1 cm dilated and she was on my cervix pushing down) I just want to know whats going on. This is my first pregnancy and my mother hasn’t helped much. sorry its long just want some answers so i know im not going crazy.

I got those same pains. My doctor told me that it is the nerve endings from the cervix and the way your baby is pushing on them. Your kinda lucky your almost finished! I had those terrible pains for 10 weeks!! So bad I was put on bed rest (I was only 30 weeks at the time) The last 4 weeks my hips were soooo sore. It is just your body’s way of preparing for labor. Hormones make your ligaments loose for labor.
