Pain in right arm, shoulder and chest?

Yesterday started with stomach flu symptoms (or food poison). As stomach felt better twords night, my body then began to ache in all my joints from my feet to my neck. Twords the end of this I had pain remain and increase in my right arm, thorugh my right shulder, shooting into the right and central part of my chest. It hurt worse to lay on my right side. The pressure made it worse. I thought that would subside by morning. But it is still here. It also hurts to breath deep. Any ideas? (heart attack symtoms are left side so I dont think that is a concern)

You should check with your primary care physician immediately to rule out any cardiac problems, however I have had the same symptoms which led me to the Emergency Room for a full cardiac work some years back. A diagnosis of Non-Cardiac Chest Pain led to several visits with Doctors in the Mental Health Area of Medicine. Turned out anxiety disorder with depression can really affect you physically. I have been great subsequently with the help of Zoloft and Xanax for panic symptoms. Hopefully, you can find the same success to your apparent physical manifestations to anxiety or depression.

Or it could be the effect of certain muscle trauma and you need to take some anti-inflamation medication and also phycio therapy. I hope you will be better soon if you see your doctor and act. Best wishes -
