Tired, Stomach Ache and headache?

I have been really nauses for like 7 days now and I have a pain in my lower right side and once a while in my upper mid. stomach. Also I keep feeling like I am going to be sick but I don’t. I also have an off and on headache and I have been soo tired. We went to the doctor a few days ago and she was in a hurry so that appointment went quite fast and was indecessive. She was thinking something with the ovaries so they looked and they were fine, they also tried to use that test to look for the appendix but the appendix rarely shows up on an ultrasound so we didnt see that. It was a ointless appointment. Anone have ideas as to what this could be? I am a female aged 15, I take zyrtec for allergies and about 2 weeks ago took an antibiotic for an infection in my foot. I cannot remember the ame though bu I believe it started with a C. Help would be appreciated, I wanna get back to school and see my friends!

It sounds like your Dr. wasn’t very interested in your situation. Did they perform a blood test to check for elevated WBC for infection? The pain and nausea sounds like a possible acute appendicitis. Have you had a fever? There is a virus going around, but if the symptoms persist I would contact your Dr.
