Stomach pain after weight lifting?
I’m 16 and I just started weight lifting again. I’ve been really pushing myself to get fit. But almost every time I weight lift, towards the end of my workout and after, i’ve been having really bad stomach pains. They go away but it still sucks. It’s not from lack of water because I drink about 3 cups of water before starting. I try to eat something to give me energy before working out. I also use energy spray. The pain is like a cramping feeling. Am I doing something wrong?

Yes you are doing something wrong (I’ll assume). Eating before a workout can give you cramps. Cramping is also due to lack of fluids. Drink water AS you work out and don’t eat too much right before working out. Your body has energy stored to use so if you don’t have energy you’ve done something wrong long before you started your workout.
