why does my tummy hurt?
ok so my digestive system has been hurting alot lately and i cant figure out why. i was hoping youd help me without getting too bored. i will list my symptoms and hopefully you could tell me what you think is wrong, give me a link, or at leasts a link that shows a diagram of the digestive system.i was kinda thinking i was developing a case of appendicitis but my mom thinks i have an ulcer. k so here it goes:
symptoms:
sharp gnawing pain
nausea
headaches
unexplained weight loss
fatigue
tiredness
kinda hard stomach

i don’t know about the others but the unexplained weight loss is a sign of an abnormal thyroid. try and go to your doctor, make sure you tell them your symptoms.
