What causes increased thirst, decreased appetite, and stomach pain?

I’m hungry but I can’t eat anything, and the pain in my stomach makes it difficult to breathe deeply or stand up straight

I may sound nuts, but are you constipated?
Now you don’t have to go every single day. If you used to go 5x a week and now go 2-3 you would no doubt be constipated. To be honest I don’t really want to give some answers that I am not sure of. I don’t know how long you have been like this, or how old you are. You DO need to see your doctor very quickly. It might not be serious, but the pains, and trouble breathing means you NEED to go to the doctor like today. If you can’t go in please go to an ER. See if you have a fever too. Are you feeling bad in other ways? Like depression or nerves?
It could be anything or almost nothing, but you will feel better knowing.
