anxiety or nervousism please help me people?

Since I have nervous. I feel very bad my stomach like pain or gastritis and I dont go to the bathroom very oft
oftern why is that? why does my stomach feel like that? the medications that I take for anxiety.. doctor told me to try with venlafaxine and nothing.. gabapentin nothing .. and I am trying the ugly valerian.. that medication. only cause me.. a bitter taste in my mouth, so I dont know what to do..I am going to the doctor until the next month feb.. because the appointments are every month.. well I dont know what to do.. I want to do something not relating with medications.. something more by yourself.. please tell me, I want to feel better of my stomach..

I would like to help you but I don’t quite understand what you are asking! What illness is increasing too fast now…. If I am understanding correctly your medication is making you constipated. If you don’t want to use a laxative, prunes might be the way to go. Hopes this helps…………………….
