Sharp pulling pain in stomach near naval?
Every few months I get this intense pain in my stomach. If I lean up or stand straight extending my torso, it feels like there is a string directly hooked from my belly button to my clitoris. The pain is very sharp and very sudden. It feels like someons is yanking on the “string”. Once I lean back down doubled over it does not hurt at all, only when fully extending the body. I am confused as to what this could be. Please reply and let me know what you think.
You have a pinched muscle in your back that is the main cause of this pain. The secondary cause is the pressure the pinched muscle puts on the nerves to your stomach that causes more acid to be released into your stomach causing most of the pain there. The muscles can press on the nerves where they leave the spine to cause that pressure and that happens at times when you move your body just right. To get it to not happen again you have to release the muscles in your back to free the muscles causing the problems. Here’s how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and firmly press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
