stomach pain like knife
I had a c-section 4 weeks ago and I am now having really severe all-over stomach pain?
I didn’t have this with my first one. I had a uterine infection a week after that seemed to get better with antibiotics. This pain is underneath my ribs, in my sides and sometimes around my incision. Sometimes it burns, sometimes pulses, and sometimes it is like someone is scraping a knife inside of me. I called the doctors again today and they gave me tylenol with codeine which didn’t help at all. Any ideas of what this may be? Is it normal muscle and nerves repairing themselves?
I think it is a mixture of you healing and just intense brusing. I had my child vaginally and i tell you…i was still burning and itching and hurting for close to 8 weeks. Now if it is severe, i would actually go and make an appt with your gyno. Severe pain shouldn’t be happening. Are you on pain medication?
