What is wrong with my stomach?!?

So I have had this really weird problem that happens about 6 times a year at least. It also only happens around 5pm and ends when I pass out. I get this small sort of annoying pain, that lasts usually for about 15 minutes. Then it goes away, then it comes back, but a little worse. This repeats itself every 15 minutes until I am in excruciating pain and I am curled up in a ball holding my stomach. Trust me, this is a bad pain. I usually don’t give in to pain, but when this happens it is awful. Then usually late at night I get the awful pain, then I vomit, tired form exhaustion I pass out, then I wake up about 10 minutes later with the same pain and vomit. This continues until I am so exhausted and I take a suppository and then I can fall sleep. What is wrong with me? I would like it to stop as soon as it can!
Oh yea, I am 13 years old and am a girl.
